Police investigate targeted shooting near Fresno Street and Belmont Avenue

A man in his 20s was shot in the thigh near Fresno and Belmont avenues and managed to make it about a block before Fresno police found him Wednesday night. Officers took him to the hospital, where he was listed in serious but stable condition.
