Reedley Man, 47, Killed in Head-On Fresno County Motorcycle Crash
A southbound Lexus crossed into oncoming traffic near Minkler to pass a slower vehicle, killing Reedley motorcyclist Francisco Fonseca Razo, 47, on Thursday morning.

Francisco Fonseca Razo, a 47-year-old Reedley man, was killed Thursday when a southbound Lexus crossed into the northbound lane to pass slower traffic and struck his motorcycle head-on near Minkler, the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash happened at 6 a.m. on Reed Avenue north of Annadale Avenue. When CHP officers arrived, they found a 2018 Lexus and a 2022 Honda motorcycle that had collided. According to CHP, the Lexus was traveling south on Reed Avenue and attempted to pass a vehicle ahead of it by entering the northbound lane, where it struck Razo, who was traveling north. The motorcycle rider was unable to avoid the collision.
Razo was pronounced dead at the scene. The Fresno County Coroner's Office identified him as Francisco Fonseca Razo, 47, of Reedley.
The driver of the Lexus was not injured, remained at the scene, and cooperated with investigators. CHP said alcohol or drug impairment does not appear to be a factor in the crash. No arrests or citations were mentioned in connection with the collision.
The crash remains under investigation.
