The Greensboro Swarm suited up in denim-inspired uniforms Friday night, debuting a custom Jeansboro jersey presented by Wrangler for their March 13 home game against the Osceola Magic, while the first 500 fans through the gates took home a Swarmy Jeansboro Bobblehead dressed in custom overalls nodding to the city's textile roots.
The jersey featured a denim-inspired blue base with textured detailing, crisp white numbering and "Jeansboro" lettering across the chest. A Wrangler logo and subtle design accents paid tribute to Greensboro's historic role in the global denim industry, blending basketball culture with what the Swarm called the city's tradition of craftsmanship.
The collectible bobblehead depicted Swarmy, the Swarm's mascot, in custom Jeansboro overalls inspired by Greensboro's denim heritage. Only the first 500 fans received one, making early arrival the difference between taking one home or not.
Every game-worn jersey was auctioned during the game at one.bidpal.net, with proceeds directed to the Kontoor Brands Foundation, which supports food security, housing access and educational opportunities for those most in need in Guilford County communities.

"Greensboro's identity is deeply connected to the legacy of Wrangler and the denim industry that helped shape our city," said Steve Swetoha, President of the Greensboro Swarm. "Jeansboro Night is an opportunity to honor that history, celebrate the people behind it and bring our community together for a special gameday experience."
Bryan Chapman, Senior Vice President of Wrangler, framed the night as a natural extension of the brand's own story. "Greensboro is central to Wrangler's story, and Jeansboro Night brings that heritage to the court in an authentic way," Chapman said. "Working with the Greensboro Swarm gives us an opportunity to celebrate our roots and create a special experience for fans."
Wrangler, whose parent company Kontoor Brands is headquartered in Greensboro, has long been woven into the city's economic and cultural identity. The NBA G League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets used Friday's game to make that connection tangible on the court, with the charitable auction tying the sporting event directly to community need.
