CLEAR Alert issued for missing Spring man Jason Pham
Deputies issued a CLEAR Alert for 23-year-old Jason Pham after he vanished near Champions Forest Drive in Spring. He was last seen on Royal Crest Court, wearing black.

Authorities in north Harris County were searching Saturday for 23-year-old Jason Pham, who was last seen about 7:30 a.m. on Royal Crest Court near Champions Forest Drive and Hidden Trail Lane in Spring. Deputies issued a CLEAR Alert, signaling that Pham is considered an endangered missing adult and that the search remains urgent.
Pham was described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt or black top and black pants. The alert centers on the Spring neighborhood along Champions Forest Drive, where neighbors and commuters may be the best chance of spotting him quickly.
The Texas Department of Public Safety says CLEAR Alerts are used for missing adults ages 18 through 65 who are believed to be in imminent danger of bodily injury or death, whose disappearance may be involuntary, and whose whereabouts are unknown. DPS says the program was created in 2019 to help locate endangered missing adults, and alerts can be issued within any Texas geographical area, including statewide, when a law enforcement agency or authorized entity makes the request.
The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and the Texas Center for the Missing were among the agencies tied to the alert. The sheriff’s office said it is the largest in Texas and the third largest in the nation, and it routinely pushes breaking news and missing-person alerts to the public as part of its public-safety work.
Anyone who sees Jason Pham or has information about his whereabouts should contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit at 713-274-9270. Tips can also be reported to Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-TIPS (8477). The search continued across north Harris County as deputies and residents watched for the missing Spring man.
