Two Men Arrested on Aggravated Battery Warrants Following Highway 177 Disturbance
Daniel Noe Valencia and Daniel Carlos Valencia were arrested on aggravated battery warrants after a March 16 disturbance at a Highway 177 residence left a victim requiring medical transport.

Daniel Noe Valencia and Daniel Carlos Valencia were taken into custody on aggravated battery warrants following a disturbance at a residence on Highway 177, according to the Holmes County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to the residence on Monday, March 16, and found medical personnel already on scene treating the victim. The victim was later transported for further medical attention. Under Marsy's Law, the HCSO has declined to release any information identifying the victim or describing the nature of the injuries, and the agency confirmed the investigation remains ongoing.
Upon arrival, deputies began interviewing individuals at the scene to determine what had occurred. Investigators subsequently made contact with the victim and obtained a statement. The investigation also included obtaining the 911 recording from the incident and executing a search warrant at the residence to locate and collect evidence.

Once the investigation concluded, HCSO presented all gathered information to the State Attorney's Office. The submission resulted in arrest warrants for both men. "Based on the evidence, arrest warrants were issued for Daniel Noe Valencia and Daniel Carlos Valencia for Aggravated Battery," the HCSO stated in a release posted to its social media page. "Both individuals have since been taken into custody."
Additional details, including booking information, bond amounts, ages, and the specific circumstances of each arrest, had not been released as of publication.
