Kootenai County Sheriff Seeks Help Finding Missing Hayden Woman, 69
Natalie Ruggles Quijano, 69, vanished March 7 near E. Lunceford and N. 12th St. in Coeur d'Alene; her 2012 Chevy Impala is also missing.

Natalie Ruggles Quijano, a 69-year-old Hayden woman, has been missing for nearly two weeks after friends last saw her March 7 in the area of E. Lunceford and N. 12th Street in Coeur d'Alene. The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office has classified her as an Endangered Missing Person and is asking the public for help locating her.
Investigators said Quijano was on foot at the time, carrying two bags around her shoulder, and her clothing at the time of the disappearance is unknown. She weighs 130 pounds and has hazel eyes.
Adding to investigators' concern, Quijano's 2012 Chevy Impala is also unaccounted for, meaning she may have retrieved the vehicle at some point after she was last seen on foot, or it may have gone missing separately. No license plate information or vehicle color has been released.

The sheriff's office has not publicly detailed why the case carries an Endangered Missing Person designation, which typically signals that investigators believe the individual faces elevated risk.
Anyone with information on Quijano's whereabouts is urged to call Detective Kerzman at 208-446-1366 or email ckerzman@kcgov.us and reference case number 26-09399.
