Kootenai deputies Ballman, Brock and Orr to receive Idaho AG, KCSO Medals

Deputies Harvey Ballman, Arek Brock and Josh Orr were selected on Feb. 24, 2026 to receive the Idaho Attorney General’s Medal of Honor and will also receive the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office Medal of Honor, the department’s highest award.
