Missing Spokane Teen With Seizure Disorder May Be in Kootenai County
Khloe Bean, 15, was missing and off her seizure meds after vanishing from Spokane's STA Plaza. She has since been found safe.

Khloe L. Bean, a 15-year-old girl who depends on daily seizure medication, was reported missing March 20 after failing to return home from a friend's house, with authorities warning she may have been in Kootenai County. She has since been located and is safe, according to an update from the Spokane Valley Police Department.
Khloe was last seen at the STA Plaza in downtown Spokane. Her mother initially called to report her as a runaway after she did not come home, and made contact with Khloe the following day, March 21. Khloe "assured her that she would return home," but never did. By that same evening, her mother reported that Khloe had stopped answering her phone entirely.
The Spokane Valley Police Department issued a public missing-person notice on March 21, classifying Khloe as a missing and runaway vulnerable juvenile. Authorities said they believed she could be somewhere in the Spokane area or possibly in Kootenai County, prompting concern on both sides of the state line.
Khloe is described as approximately 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black pants. Her family's alarm centered specifically on her seizure disorder: without her medication, the risk of a medical emergency was acute.
SVPD had asked anyone with information to call Crime Check at 509-456-2233, referencing case number 10037049. Following the public appeal, SVPD confirmed in an update: "Khloe has been located and she is safe." No additional details about where she was found or the circumstances of her recovery were provided by authorities.
