New chiropractic clinic opens in Post Falls with ribbon cutting
A rare upper cervical chiropractic practice opened at 958 S. Lochsa St. in Post Falls, bringing ultra-low dose imaging and care for headaches, migraines and neck pain.

Atlas Aligned Upper Cervical Chiropractic has opened at 958 S. Lochsa St., Suite 307, giving Post Falls another locally owned health care option and adding a highly specialized service to Kootenai County’s growing wellness market.
The practice marked its arrival with a ribbon cutting planned for April 2 at 1 p.m. with the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce. The public was invited to meet the team and tour the space at the new office, where owner Rebecca Williams, who goes by Bekki, is building a clinic around upper cervical chiropractic care.
Williams has worked in the field for more than a decade and spent 10 years in Spokane before starting her own practice in Post Falls in April. Public business records identify the clinic as Atlas Aligned Chiropractic PLLC and list Williams, also recorded as Rebecca Ellis Williams, as the owner and authorized official. The clinic’s listed phone number is 208-213-1234.
The practice focuses on the relationship between the head and neck, offering what it describes as gentle, low-force care without the bending, twisting or popping many people associate with a traditional adjustment. The chamber’s description says the clinic treats headaches, migraines, dizziness and neck pain, and uses precise adjustments guided by ultra-low dose CBCT imaging.
That imaging equipment is a notable part of the pitch. Williams uses a Cone Beam Computed Tomography 3D scanner that also captures video X-rays, a tool meant to help identify alignment issues with more detail than a standard hands-on exam alone. Williams has said her interest in health care started in childhood, when she watched her mother struggle with migraines and medication side effects, pushing her toward a model aimed at solving problems rather than only easing symptoms.

Williams graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2016, and provider listings say she has more than 10 years of experience. Her chamber bio also says her training includes prenatal and pediatric care, including support for expectant mothers, infants with colic and feeding difficulties. She has said she is one of only 76 board-certified upper cervical chiropractors worldwide, underscoring how specialized the clinic is for a local opening.
The timing fits a city that continues to add health care capacity. Post Falls had an estimated 2024 population of 43,391, and major regional systems have also been expanding nearby. Kootenai Health and MultiCare announced a 30-acre Prairie Medical Campus in Post Falls in March 2025 at Highway 41 and Prairie Avenue, signaling that the city’s medical corridor is growing more crowded and more competitive.
Atlas Aligned’s arrival shows that demand in Post Falls is not limited to large health systems. Smaller specialty practices are finding room here too, especially those focused on chronic pain, headaches and neck-related conditions that draw patients looking for care closer to home.
