Former Oxford Resident Roland Mann Releases YA Superhero Comedy Novel

Roland Mann has a new book out, and Oxford is part of his story even if he no longer calls the city home.

Mann, a former Oxford resident, released his sophomore novel, THE INTERNS, an independently published young-adult superhero comedy now available in paperback, hardback, and eBook formats. The Oxford Eagle covered the release in a news item published March 4, 2026.

The title marks Mann's second novel, stepping into the crowded but enthusiastic YA superhero genre with what is billed as a comedic take on the form.
