Highway 6 near Cedar Bucket reopens after wreck blocks lane

A later sheriff's office update said the accident in front of Cedar Bucket on Hwy 6 W had been cleared and the highway was open. That reopened the route after the brief slowdown, ending the lane blockage and restoring normal traffic flow through the area.

Drivers using Highway 6 through west Lafayette County were still reminded to move carefully in the corridor, especially when emergency crews are working close to the roadway.
