Kelly's Home Center Opens New Appliance and Mattress Showroom in Eugene

Jeff Kelly had a straightforward take on the building his family-owned company just moved into on Green Acres Road: "Beautiful building, gives us a building to show even more extensively the offerings of which we have, so its just, its a perfect fit for us."

Kelly's Home Center opened a new appliance and mattress showroom inside the Delta Oaks Shopping Center in Eugene, taking over the space previously occupied by Joann Fabric & Crafts. The showroom is currently open Monday through Saturday, and the company's existing store and warehouse on West Seventh Avenue will continue normal operations.

The expansion had been in the works since at least November 2025, when Kelly's announced construction was underway and projected an early 2026 opening. The company positioned the second Eugene location as a way to display more inventory and give shoppers broader access to its product offerings in a modern, dedicated showroom setting.

Scott Kelly, speaking for the company at the time of the announcement, framed the move around the retailer's longstanding identity: "Our mission has always been to provide customers with exceptional products and service. This new Eugene location will allow us to better serve the community and deliver the styles and solutions homeowners are looking for, all while maintaining the family-owned experience that sets us apart."

Kelly's describes itself as a family-owned business that has served Oregon for decades, and company materials emphasize a personalized approach it contrasts with big-box retailers.

The full grand opening for the Delta Oaks location is set for early summer, where customers can expect promotions and a broader introduction to the new space.
