Lane County Man Gets Probation, Treatment, Jail Time in Domestic Violence Plea

A Lane County Circuit Court judge sentenced 30-year-old Antonio Alex Parks on March 12 to three years of probation, mandatory domestic violence treatment, and 10 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to three counts of Menacing-Constituting Domestic Violence under a plea agreement, the Lane County District Attorney's Office reported.

The Class A misdemeanor convictions carry 36 months of probation for each count. Conditions of that probation require Parks to have no contact with the victim and to successfully complete domestic violence treatment.
