Callers first reported shots and people running in the Marche Chase Drive and Kinsrow Avenue area at about 9:45–9:46 p.m., and shortly afterward another call said an injured person was at the parking lot at 330 S. Neighbor MacKenzie Erb told KEZI reporter Tayten Torgrimson she heard two “pops” at about 9:45 p.m., which she initially thought sounded like a car backfiring. Erb said about 10 minutes later she heard “sirens, and the sirens kept coming and coming,” and that she saw “about 10 or so vehicles with lights on it” in the neighborhood.
