The KRTN/Krtnradio posting states, “The Board of Commissioners will convene a hybrid work session in the Commissioner’s Chambers at the Las Animas County Courthouse, 200 E. First St, Room 201, Trinidad, CO 81082, and via Zoom:” but the notice does not include a Zoom link, meeting ID, or passcode for remote participation. The Krtnradio page categorizes the item under Legal Announcements and carries the Enchanted Air Radio contact block that reads “Enchanted Air Radio 575-445-3652.”

The agenda text published by Krtnradio lists the item verbatim: “Discussion with the (EDA)Economic Development Administration & Emergent Campus to discuss economic support and funding.” That line is the only substantive agenda entry on the work session posting; the published notice does not identify individual EDA or Emergent Campus representatives, nor does it provide an expected duration, presentation materials, or proposed funding amounts.

The county posting and the KRTN notice leave several procedural questions unanswered for attendees: the notice contains no Zoom access details, no speaker list for the EDA or Emergent Campus, and no accompanying agenda packet or handouts.
