Gina Martinez, described as a long-time local fitness trainer, said the model was meant to meet clients step by step as they work toward healthier, more sustainable habits. The business is now open and accepting new clients, with services that go beyond workouts to include recovery support, lifestyle planning and fresh meal-prep options.
