The city’s public notice states, "PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 in the Council Chambers of Gallup City Hall, 110 West Aztec Avenue; Gallup, New Mexico, the Governing Body of the City of Gallup will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed issuance of a Restaurant A – Beer and Wine Liquor License to 305 Fire, LLC d/b/a 305 Fire, for licensed premises at 305 S.
