Police arrested Tyre Hudson on Monday after a teenager at North Miami Senior High School shouted, “This man was just trying to rape me,” turning the campus into the center of a sexual-violence investigation in Miami-Dade County.

The allegation involved an apparent marijuana lure that drew the victim into the encounter, a detail that points to deception rather than a random confrontation. A related local headline described the case as a man accused of luring a teen with marijuana before a sexual battery attempt.
