Jacksonville Middle School Theater Brings Seussical Jr. to Stage This Weekend

Jacksonville Middle School's theater program opens its spring musical tonight, bringing Seussical Jr. to the stage for three performances across the weekend. Curtain rises at 7:00 p.m. tonight, Friday, March 13, with a second evening show Saturday, March 14, also at 7:00 p.m. A Sunday matinee closes the run at 2:00 p.m. on March 15.

Tickets are available at the door only. Adults pay $7, while students and seniors get in for $5. No advance purchase option has been announced.

Saturday's performance includes an ASL interpreter, making that show the accessible option for audience members who are deaf or hard of hearing.

The production is listed on the Jacksonville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau's events calendar, which bills it as the program's spring musical and encourages the community to turn out in support of the school's theater students.
