Death Valley Wellness Sanctuary Plans Three-Day Desert Retreat for April 2026
Death Valley's first-ever wellness retreat opens April 24 with a ribbon cutting at The Inn; Pahrump day-trippers can join individual sessions for $49.

The Death Valley Wellness Sanctuary is preparing to host what organizers are billing as the first wellness retreat in Death Valley history, a three-day immersive program called "Wellness in the Desert" running April 24–26, 2026, in partnership with The Oasis at Death Valley.
The weekend kicks off Friday afternoon with check-in at 4 p.m., followed immediately by a welcome reception and inaugural ribbon cutting on the Panamint deck at The Inn. Guests will meet hosts, coaches, and fellow participants over wine and light appetizers before the program moves inside. At 6 p.m., the first Body & Soul Detox session begins in The Oasis Room, described as "an introduction to herbal and nutritional support for cleansing, grounding energy, and restoring vitality." The evening closes with a sound bath at Mission Gardens from 7:10 to 8 p.m., a guided meditation practice using flutes, singing bowls, and a handpan that concludes when "clients feeling refreshed and inspired," according to the retreat's program materials.
Saturday's schedule at Mission Gardens opens with a group body sculpting session led by instructor Ashley from 8 to 9 a.m., followed by yoga from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and a Playful Presence Improv Workshop from 11 a.m. to noon. The improv session is designed to "shake off stress, spark creativity, and reconnect you with the joy of play." The broader program also includes communication workshops, Body & Soul Detox Part Two, and BMCT sessions across the three days.
Overnight guests who book a stay at The Inn or The Ranch using the code WELLNESS can add access to all activities for $325 per person, with an additional 20 percent discount on spa treatments included. Special-rate room reservations must be made by March 12, 2026, and availability is described as limited. Retreat guests can also apply code RETREAT to receive 20 percent off spa services when booking spa appointments directly.

Pahrump residents do not need to book lodging to participate. Individual sessions are available à la carte at $49 per activity, and locals are strongly encouraged to attend as day participants. Williams, who is affiliated with the sanctuary, emphasized the event's local welcome. "While we have a local location at Treasure's RV resort, we want the Pahrump community to feel welcome and experience the beautiful resort in Death Valley," she said. "Even coming for one class can be a really refreshing reset, and Pahrump Wellness Sanctuary is honored to extend a warm invite to Pahrump's locals."
The sanctuary maintains a location at Treasure's RV Resort in Pahrump for ongoing local programming. For the April retreat, non-lodging participants can reserve activity spots at sanctuaryatdv.com or by calling 775-977-2202. Those who book a stay first should also call that number to reserve specific sessions and spa appointments.
