Pahrump Valley Trojans Finish Second at Boulder Creek Golf Meet
Junior Aaron Riley shot an 83 to lead Pahrump Valley to second place at the Boulder Creek golf meet, finishing behind Virgin Valley's dominant showing.

Junior Aaron Riley paced Pahrump Valley High School's golf squad to a second-place finish at the Boulder Creek meet on March 18, shooting an 83 (+11) to place seventh individually as the Trojans compiled a team total of 343 (+55) under near-perfect weather conditions.
Virgin Valley powered the top of the leaderboard, placing four of its six players inside the top ten. Gavin Cramer delivered the standout round of the day, firing a 78 (+6) to share medalist honors with Grady Grant of Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas, who matched the score while competing as an individual. Charles Davis added a 79 to finish third overall, and Archie Pulido contributed an 82 to round out the Bulldogs' strong top-ten presence alongside Viktor Cu, who tied for ninth with an 85 (+13).
Alvarade (80) and Herbolsheirmer (81) rounded out the top five behind the medalist duo, while Cowley (84) finished eighth. Jordan Luh of The Meadows School joined Cu in the ninth-place tie, also carding an 85 (+13).

For the Trojans, Riley's seventh-place individual finish anchored a lineup that relied on consistency rather than a single dominant scorer to reach 343 as a team.
Levi Nelson led the Pirates with a 91 (+19), with teammates JJ Erickson (106), Gage Ozaki (108), Ryan Wadsworth (108), and Jakoby Hess (108) all completing the round. Kayden Whitaker carded a 138 to close out the Pirates' scorecard.
