Cornell Cooperative Extension Hosts 27th Annual Making Healthful Decisions Conference June 5

Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County will hold its 27th annual Making Healthful Decisions Conference on Friday, June 5, at the Warwick Conference Center, 62 Warwick Center Rd., Warwick, running from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.

This year's theme, "Rooted in Experience, Growing Through Connection," anchors a day built around a premise the organizers state plainly: information overload and isolation are common experiences that lead to self-doubt and hopelessness, yet every participant already carries knowledge about what connects people and supports well-being. The conference aims to turn that existing knowledge into practical tools for building community in classrooms, among colleagues, and in personal and professional relationships. CCE Sullivan County, which is also promoting the event, describes the day's offerings as "stress-reducing, regenerative, and practical tools that support the well-being of children, youth, and adults."
