Orange County Hosts Free Job Fair at SUNY Orange in Newburgh
Over 20 employers, from Adams Fairacre Farms to the NY State Police, are set to hire at a free job fair April 2 at SUNY Orange's Kaplan Hall in Newburgh.

More than 20 employers spanning healthcare, retail, law enforcement, and staffing will gather at SUNY Orange's Kaplan Hall on Thursday, April 2, 2026, for a free job fair running from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 73 First Street in Newburgh.
The event, sponsored by the Orange County Employment and Training Administration, is designed to put job seekers face-to-face with employers who are actively hiring. County officials are encouraging attendees to bring a resume and come prepared for the possibility of on-site interviews.
Named employers include Adams Fairacre Farms, Anthem BCBS, the New York State Police, ShopRite, and Pepsi Cola of the Hudson Valley, with the county indicating the full roster extends well beyond those names. A 2025 iteration of the same fair at Kaplan Hall's Great Room drew organizations including LEGOLAND New York, Cornerstone Family Healthcare, AccentCare, Abilities First, Access: Supports For Living, Accucare Nursing & Home Care, Here's Help Staffing & Recruiting, Fearless Hudson Valley, and NAFI New York, though the county has not confirmed which of those employers will be present at the 2026 event.
The fair is part of a recurring series the Orange County Employment and Training Administration has hosted at Kaplan Hall. The 2025 event, held April 10 of that year, drew enough interest that the county promoted it across social media, where a Facebook post for that fair was shared 32 times.
Admission is free and no registration is listed as required, though the county advises bringing a resume. Job seekers looking for full details, including the confirmed employer list, can visit orangecountygov.com/352/Employment-Training.
