Orange County Sheriff Seeks Three Men Owing $198,000 in Child Support

The Orange County Sheriff's Office Investigations Bureau circulated a wanted intelligence bulletin Tuesday naming three men with active Family Court Article 4 warrants for unpaid child support, collectively accused of owing more than $198,000 to their dependents.

Charles McDonald, 44, carries the largest individual debt of the three: $88,539.34, according to the Sheriff's Office. His warrant was signed March 24, 2023, making it the oldest of the group by nearly three years. Authorities are concentrating their search in the City of Newburgh.

Daniel Dally, 39, is wanted on a warrant signed November 7, 2025, and is accused of owing $56,611.20. Investigators have asked for special attention in the Town of Wawayanda area as they work to locate him. Matthew Kennedy, 31, faces a warrant signed January 23, 2026, with an alleged debt of $53,969.41. Officials believe he may be found in Walden or the Town of Newburgh.

The three individual amounts reported by the Sheriff's Office total $199,119.95, though the agency's bulletin described the combined figure as more than $198,000. All three warrants were issued through Orange County Family Court under Article 4, which governs support enforcement proceedings in New York State.

The Sheriff's Office shared mugshots of the three men via a Facebook post on Tuesday. Officials did not release further details about the underlying cases but urged anyone with information about the men's whereabouts to contact the Orange County Sheriff's Office directly.
