Orange County Spring Job Fair to Connect Job Seekers, Employers
More than 100 employers will pack the Galleria at Crystal Run in Middletown on May 21, with openings from entry-level work to skilled jobs across Orange County.

More than 100 employers are expected at Orange County’s Spring Job Fair, bringing openings in healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation and public service to the Galleria at Crystal Run in Middletown on May 21. County officials are positioning the event as the county’s biggest hiring push of the year, with jobs ranging from entry-level roles to professional and highly skilled positions.
Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus announced the fair as a broad matchmaker for residents looking for work, people changing careers and those trying to re-enter the labor market after time away. The county says the one-day event is meant to connect applicants directly with employers across a wide swath of the local economy, including healthcare and human services, education, childcare and youth services, public safety and law enforcement, government, warehousing, skilled trades, customer service, finance and business services. Military and federal career paths are also expected to be represented.
The scale of the lineup suggests the fair is serving a practical hiring need, not just a ceremonial one. Orange County is presenting the event as a one-stop stop for employers and job seekers in a labor market where local businesses still need workers across multiple sectors at once. The county’s Employment and Training Administration, which runs workforce services under Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and Welfare to Work funds, says it also offers free resume and interview preparation to help applicants turn a job fair introduction into an actual offer.

That support matters in a county where the job fair has become a recurring workforce fixture. Orange County described its 2025 Spring Job Fair as the largest job fair of the year, and the county held a similar Spring Job Fair at the Galleria at Crystal Run in 2024. This year’s event is set for Thursday, May 21, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the same Middletown mall, keeping the county’s annual hiring event centered in one of its most visible retail hubs.
For job seekers, the county says participating employers and job opportunities are posted on its website. Questions can be sent to JobFair@orangecountygov.com. With the mix of employers, the county’s free career services and more than 100 companies expected, the fair is shaping up as one of Orange County’s clearest snapshots of where hiring remains active right now.
