Rio Rancho Police Publish Feb. 1–7 Arrest Log Naming Multiple Suspects

Christopher Rayner, 50, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, speeding, careless driving, no insurance and expired registration at an unspecified address, one of at least 17 people named in the Rio Rancho Police Department’s Feb. 1–7 arrest log as summarized by the Rio Rancho Observer.
