Justin Rossi Named CEO of Jon M Hall Company and JMH Infrastructure

Justin Rossi assumed the chief executive officer role at both Jon M Hall Company and its parent, JMH Infrastructure, on Jan. 5, bringing to the Sanford-based site developer a career built inside construction organizations generating more than $1 billion in annual revenue.

Rossi's most recent position before joining Jon M Hall Company was Senior Vice President of Construction Operations at Rudolph Libbe Inc. The company, headquartered at 1400 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in Sanford, specializes in residential, commercial and infrastructure site development and has operated in Central Florida for more than 40 years, with Florida Division of Corporations records showing an effective date of May 12, 1977.

"Jon M Hall Company is a company with an exceptional reputation with deep client relationships and a strong foundation built over 40 years," Rossi said in the announcement. "My focus is to work with the Company's newly created Executive Leadership Team to build on that success and expand our business ties in Central Florida, adding to the company's historically strong financial performance while continuing to be the best partner possible to our customers."

The appointment coincides with the formation of a new Executive Leadership Team at the company. Florida Division of Corporations filings list the current authorized officers as Chairman Jon M. Hall Jr., CEO Justin Rossi, CFO Brian Hall, and Managers Keith L. Carson and JMH Infrastructure Services LLC, all registered at the Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard address in Sanford.

Jon M Hall Company filed its most recent annual report with the state on Jan. 8, 2026, following two filings under report year 2025, dated March 17 and Oct. 10 of that year. The company's legal entity, JON M. HALL COMPANY, LLC, carries document number L17000235351 and holds active status with the Florida Division of Corporations.

The company serves clients throughout Central Florida and beyond, with historical ties to the Sanford and Longwood area. Under Rossi, the company said it intends to align its leadership, long-term investment and growth strategies to reinforce its position as a site development contractor across the state.
