Haskell County Deputies responded to the reported crash on March 4, arriving to find multiple individuals involved. While deputies investigated the collision, Haskell County EMS evaluated those at the scene for injuries. The driver, identified as Timothy White, and one passenger were transported to Satanta District Hospital for further evaluation.
During the investigation, deputies developed probable cause to conduct a narcotics search. White was subsequently arrested and booked into the Haskell County Jail on a charge of possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulants.
