Cherished Cats Rescue Alliance’s Scratching Post Cat Cafe reached a landmark at its downtown Lewisburg location, 230 Market St., when Cheslee Hibler completed adoptions of the rescue’s 1,000th and 1,001st cats on Dec. 31.
