Union County 7-Eleven Sells $100,000 Powerball Ticket, Earns $500 Bonus
A $1 Power Play add-on turned a $50,000 Powerball prize into $100,000 for a ticket sold at the East Buffalo Township 7-Eleven on Old Turnpike Road.

The 7-Eleven at 2114 Old Turnpike Road in East Buffalo Township quietly produced one of Union County's bigger lottery winners this week, selling a Powerball with Power Play ticket that matched four of five white balls and the red Powerball in the March 11 drawing to win $100,000. The store will receive a $500 bonus from the Pennsylvania Lottery for selling the winning ticket.
The prize started at $50,000, the standard payout for matching four white balls plus the Powerball. Because the ticket included the Power Play option, the $100,000 outcome hinged on which multiplier the lottery drew that night: a 2x. That one extra dollar added at purchase, the cost of the Power Play upgrade, doubled the payout.
The winning numbers for the March 11 drawing were white balls 3, 6, 55, 58, and 63, with red Powerball 12. The ticket was among more than 15,300 Pennsylvania Powerball tickets that won prizes in that drawing, including more than 3,800 purchased with the Power Play option and more than 2,200 that included the Double Play feature.
No jackpot winner emerged from that drawing, pushing the estimated grand prize to $75 million in annuity value, or $34.6 million in cash, for the Saturday, March 14 drawing.

The winner has not been identified. Pennsylvania Lottery officials said winners are not named publicly until prizes are claimed and tickets are validated. Whoever holds the ticket has until March 11, 2027, one year from the drawing date, to come forward. The lottery advises that winning tickets purchased at a retailer should be signed on the back immediately.
The East Buffalo Township store sits just outside Lewisburg, making it a familiar stop for residents across that stretch of Union County. The $500 retailer bonus is a standard Pennsylvania Lottery payment to the selling location when a customer redeems a major prize.
