Vinton County court calendar includes speeding, fishing without a license cases

Speeding, a fishing-without-a-license charge and a display-of-license violation filled the Tuesday, Aug. 4, Vinton County Court calendar, giving residents a clear look at the kinds of low-level cases moving through McArthur.
