Patel and Parikh have framed Aqua Vitae as an elevated lounge experience rather than a late-night bar, a distinction that matters in Apex's dining landscape, where family-focused casual dining and fast casual still dominate the hospitality mix.

Aqua Vitae's location inside a retail strip on Lawnview Lane puts it within reach of Apex's growing residential neighborhoods and its expanding downtown corridor. Western Wake County has absorbed significant population growth over the past decade, and the owners have indicated they see enough demand for premium beverage experiences to justify the investment. The name itself, Latin for "water of life," has historically referred to distilled spirits, a nod to the craft-forward identity Patel and Parikh are building.
