Wake County Deputies Arrest Georgia Man Who Stalked Teen at Her Home
Jaymahney Collins, 25, of Savannah drove to a Wendell teen's home armed with a gun — then returned while a deputy was still on scene and was arrested.

Jaymahney Collins, 25, of Savannah, Georgia, was arrested Friday night in Wendell after deputies say he showed up armed at the home of a teenage girl he allegedly sexually exploited when she was 14, then walked back into the area while a Wake County deputy was still on the scene.
A 911 caller reported a trespasser at the Wendell home around 8:20 p.m. Friday. The deputy who responded found Collins had already left by the time he arrived. "When the deputy first arrived, the suspect was already gone, but he came back to the area while the deputy was still there and was detained," the Wake County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
Collins now faces nine charges: six counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of cyberstalking, one count of harassing phone calls, and one count of misdemeanor stalking.
Court documents state Collins received inappropriate photos of the teen in March 2023, when she was 14 and he was 22. Court records do not specify how long the alleged exploitation continued, but his arrest warrant describes a pattern of escalating contact this year: on Feb. 24, Collins emailed and called the teen multiple times before coming to her house "uninvited three separate times with a firearm." It is not clear whether those earlier visits were reported to law enforcement at the time, and it is not clear from available records how deputies came to connect Collins to the teen.
Sources report conflicting information about Collins' custody status following his arrest. Court records cited in some reports indicate he was released the same day after paying an $1,850 bond. Other court documents state Collins remained in the Wake County jail without bail, and that if he posts bail, he may not contact anyone under 18, including the victim. The Wake County case remained pending as of Monday afternoon.
Friday's arrest is not Collins' first brush with law enforcement. Georgia court records show he was arrested June 18, 2025, for allegedly trespassing at an Amazon warehouse in Port Wentworth, a Savannah suburb where he had previously worked. A warehouse manager told police Collins arrived for a new hire orientation wearing a baseball cap "concealing his face" after having been fired and formally trespassed from the property. That case remains pending in Georgia.
