American Legion Post 19 Hosts Free Easter Party, Egg Hunt in Yuma Saturday

American Legion Post 19 on Virginia Drive is throwing open its doors Saturday morning for a free Community Easter Party, giving Yuma families a no-cost holiday outing with an Easter egg hunt, train rides, food, and games all packed into a two-hour window.

The event takes place at American Legion Post 19, located at 2575 S. Virginia Drive, from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday. Post 19's Facebook page lists the occasion as a Children's Easter Party on Saturday, March 28, at 10:00 a.m. MST.

There will be an Easter egg hunt, a train ride, food, and other activities for families to enjoy during the event. The party is put on by the American Legion Family Post 19 alongside local volunteers, and organizers have kept the barrier to entry as low as possible: admission is free and everyone is welcome.
