Volkswagen on the River Car Show Returns to Yuma Fairgrounds March 13

Der Yumans brought Volkswagen owners and enthusiasts to the Yuma County Fairgrounds at 2520 E. 32nd St. this past weekend for Volkswagen on the River 2026, a three-day community car show and gathering that concluded Sunday with all proceeds directed to Crossroads Mission.

The event ran March 13 through 15, with a distinct activity scheduled for each day. Friday kicked off at 10 a.m. with a camp-out exclusively for Volkswagen owners and enthusiasts. Saturday opened the fairgrounds to the broader public, featuring a show, swap-meet, and raffle. Sunday's pancake breakfast was reserved strictly for Volkswagen owners and enthusiasts, closing out the weekend on a community note.
