Yuma Couple Indicted for Sexual Conduct with 13-Year-Old, High Bonds Set
A Yuma couple faces multiple felony sex charges after allegedly abusing a 13-year-old; Ethan Kotlinski's bond is set at $350,000 and wife Amanda's at $200,000.

Ethan Kotlinski, 28, and Amanda Kotlinski, 31, are both behind bars at the Yuma County Detention Center after the Yuma Police Department arrested and indicted them on multiple counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of sexual abuse involving a 13-year-old victim.
YPD received information about a "delayed sex offense" that occurred in the area of S. Avenue B near W. 18th Place prior to March 12. Officers were formally called about the offense on March 12, with investigators determining the incident had taken place earlier that week. Ethan Kotlinski was identified as the initial suspect. As the investigation expanded, YPD determined that Amanda Kotlinski "was also implicated with the reported offenses."
The couple was arrested in the area of Arizona Avenue and 17th Street on March 16 following that investigation. Both were subsequently indicted, with charges including sexual conduct with a minor and one count of sexual abuse. Reporting on the exact number of sexual conduct counts varies between sources, with some accounts citing two counts and others citing three counts per defendant; court records will confirm the precise charges.
Ethan Kotlinski's bond was set at $350,000 and Amanda Kotlinski's at $200,000. Both remain in custody as of this report. As with all criminal cases, the charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
