Ace Pickleball Club Opens Feb. 7 in Wilmington's Brandywine Town Center
Ace Pickleball Club opened a Wilmington location with 11 cushioned indoor courts and a member-first model, offering unlimited open play and a first-month-free signup.

Ace Pickleball Club opened its first Delaware location at Brandywine Town Center, giving Wilmington players year-round indoor space with 11 professional-grade cushioned courts and a member-first operating model. Doors opened on Feb. 7, 2026 for a grand-opening weekend that drew dozens who braved frigid weather to test the new facility.
The climate-controlled club lays out courts by skill level, with courts labeled for beginner, intermediate and advanced players, plus warm-up courts and a hitting wall. The venue also includes three dedicated small-court spaces described in sources as both dinking courts and social "drinking courts," a distinction the club can clarify; overall the cushioned surfaces are intended to reduce joint strain and extend playing time.
Membership governs access. Ace is positioning the Wilmington club as a members-first operation that limits play to Members and their Guests to manage crowds and cut wait times. The club is promoting a limited-time first-month-free offer; after the promotional period the advertised rates are $99 per month for an Unlimited membership or $49 per month for a Mid-Day membership. Members can walk in for open play without booking, and membership benefits include unlimited open play, court reservations, clinics, leagues, social events, tournaments and APC Championship Series registration at no extra charge. The APC Championship Series, delivered by DoorDash, runs four local qualifying events across Ace clubs with winners advancing to a National Championship that carries a $250,000 prize pool.
Hours at the Wilmington club follow early-opening schedules favored by many players: Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturdays 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Prospective members can sign up through the club and direct questions to wilmingtonde@acepickleballclub.com. The club lists its street address as 5500 Brandywine Parkway in Brandywine Town Center, next to the Regal movie theater; one published report listed a different Brandywine Parkway number, so check that email for the most current directions.

Andrew Felsenthal, Director of Operations for Ace Pickleball Club Wilmington, framed the launch as long-awaited for the state. "It’s finally here, and we couldn’t be more excited. Opening the first Ace Pickleball Club in Delaware is a huge moment for us, and we’re thrilled to welcome the Wilmington community into this space." He added that the facility was designed for a complete player experience. "We have a one-stop shop for what they need to come in, warm up, get on the board to play and then cool down properly."
Ace joins roughly 22 clubs nationwide and has been building a franchise footprint across the region, with nearby locations in Voorhees, New Jersey, and Enola, Pennsylvania. For Wilmington players, the club brings indoor, year-round courts, programming from clinics to tournaments, and a membership model that prioritizes predictable play and community. Sign up early if you want the first-month-free promotion and to lock in member perks.
