A sale at 491 Sardis Road for $3,325,500 from National Retail Properties Lp to 491 Sardis Road LLC was the top transaction among deeds recorded in Buncombe County during the Jan. 7–16, 2026 reporting window. That transfer stands above other high-dollar transactions recorded in the same period.
Deed recordings for Jan. 7–16, 2026 include a $2,400,000 transfer of 136 Senator Reynolds Road from Ehrlich Family Revocable Trust to Sara I Nomellini Revocable Trust.
