CCG Pickleball Challenge 2026 Registration Opens for 10-Day Easter Mall Carnival

Registration for the CCG Pickleball Challenge 2026 opened in late February with organisers billing the event as Hong Kong’s first large-scale pickleball tournament staged inside a shopping mall at D·PARK, Tsuen Wan, and expecting more than 1,500 players to contest over 800 matches across a 10-day Easter schedule.

Organisers list registration opening 23 February 2026 and set an entry deadline of 22 March 2026, with the official draw and match schedule to be published on 30 March 2026. The event’s opening ceremony and a celebrity invitational are scheduled for 2 April 2026 at the L1 Atrium, D·PARK, ahead of the main tournament running from 3 April to 12 April.

Competition play will occupy multiple D·PARK locations: the L1 Atrium and L1 Multi-purpose Sports Zone for matches, plus Area C referenced in the event table and the Lawn Area L1 hosting a public Pickleball Carnival. The Carnival is scheduled in two blocks - 3–7 April and 11–12 April - and the tournament’s public hours are listed as daily from 10:00 to 22:00.

The event programme as published includes at least Men’s Singles, Men’s Doubles and Women’s Singles categories. Match rules are detailed in the event copy: rally scoring with players remaining on assigned sides, deuce requiring a two-point margin, 15-point round robin and elimination matches, 21-point medal games, change ends at 8/11 points and a single 1-minute timeout. Organisers note the final competition format remains subject to the official match schedule released with the draw.

Entry is via an online registration system and Chinachem’s event copy confirms successful applicants will receive a CCG Pickleball Challenge 2026 Player Pack. Organisers have not published registration fee amounts in the event material provided; entrants are instructed to register on or before 22 March to secure a place.

Prizes will be awarded to the champion, 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up in each listed category, with the Men’s Singles (Open Division) and Women’s Singles (Open Division) champions each receiving a Kuala Lumpur Grand Prize Experience - Malaysia Pickleball Exchange (4 days 3 nights) valued at approximately HK$12,000. Chinachem Group is the title sponsor, Bay Pickle is the organiser and D·PARK is the co-organiser; beneficiaries named in event materials include the Hong Kong Pickleball Foundation and the Cheers Up Foundation.

With the draw due 30 March and matches set for 3–12 April, the CCG Pickleball Challenge positions Chinachem’s placemaking strategy as a test case for turning extensive mall space into a competitive sports arena during the Easter holidays at D·PARK, Tsuen Wan.
