Center Court Pickleball Signs Lease for 35,000-Square-Foot Scottsdale HQ
Center Court Pickleball signed a lease for a 35,000-square-foot Scottsdale facility to house its corporate headquarters and training center, targeting a summer 2026 opening.

Center Court Pickleball Club signed a lease for a 35,000-square-foot club at the Scottsdale Fiesta Retail Center and says the space will become its corporate headquarters and training center, with an anticipated opening in summer 2026. The company describes the move as a long-term commitment to the region and as a model for replication in other markets, and it positions the Scottsdale site as a centerpiece of its Valley expansion.
The exact Scottsdale location and court count vary across company materials and local reports. Some materials identify the space as the former Big Lots at Loop 101 and Shea Boulevard, while other materials list 10220 N 90th Street and still another source gives 7000 E. Mayo Boulevard. Court counts are reported as 13 courts in one account and 12 regulation-sized courts in another. Construction is reported to be scheduled to begin on the 35,000-square-foot buildout at one of the Scottsdale addresses, with a summer 2026 target for opening.
Planned amenities and member services are extensive and specific: a players’ lounge and comfortable viewing and social areas, fully equipped locker rooms with showers, a wellness area featuring HydroMassage and CryoLounge chairs, a retail shop, a beverage tap wall, grab-and-go food options, private lessons, group clinics, coached open-play sessions and leagues. Center Court is marketing a “30 Days for $30” introductory promotion and free open play daily, and some membership tiers include “Crew Memberships” that allow players to share benefits with family and friends.
Center Court’s company materials and press release list two other Valley projects and detailed specs. A Gilbert club is described as 30,000 square feet with 10 courts at 1433 E. Williamsfield Road and an opening slated for late spring 2024. A Glendale club is listed at 47,000 square feet with 16 courts at 5960 W. Bell Road with an early summer 2024 opening. Company materials say leases have been signed in Gilbert and Glendale and that expansion beyond the Valley is planned within the next 18 to 24 months.

Project partners on the Scottsdale deal named by company communications include lease broker Brian Gast of Velocity Retail Group, Cresa’s Project Management Division as construction manager, Clune Construction as builder and Corgan for design and architecture. The company also highlights league and partnership activity, identifying membership in the Arizona Pickleball Players League, a partnership with USA Pickleball and the hosting of Golden Ticket Tournaments to help local players earn spots at USA Pickleball Nationals.
Public statements from Center Court include leadership remarks that differ by release: Tim Keightley is quoted saying, “Our Vision ‘Your Game, Our Goal’ encourages us to always maintain a strong and healthy balance of business growth with member experience. By establishing our headquarters in Scottsdale, we are making a long-term commitment to the entire regional community while creating a model that other markets can replicate.” A company press release attributes the CEO quote “We want to inspire our communities to play pickleball for life” to Wayne Morris, and the company website quotes founder Tarl Robinson saying, “Center Court Pickleball Club offers a premier, members-only, indoor facility that allows you to get to your game faster and connect with players that love the game as much as you do.” Center Court describes itself as privately funded as it builds toward a Valley footprint and national expansion.
