Center Court Pickleball Signs Lease for 35,000-Square-Foot Scottsdale HQ

Center Court Pickleball Club signed a lease for a 35,000-square-foot club at the Scottsdale Fiesta Retail Center and says the space will become its corporate headquarters and training center, with an anticipated opening in summer 2026. The company describes the move as a long-term commitment to the region and as a model for replication in other markets, and it positions the Scottsdale site as a centerpiece of its Valley expansion.

The exact Scottsdale location and court count vary across company materials and local reports. Some materials identify the space as the former Big Lots at Loop 101 and Shea Boulevard, while other materials list 10220 N 90th Street and still another source gives 7000 E. Mayo Boulevard. Court counts are reported as 13 courts in one account and 12 regulation-sized courts in another. Construction is reported to be scheduled to begin on the 35,000-square-foot buildout at one of the Scottsdale addresses, with a summer 2026 target for opening.

Planned amenities and member services are extensive and specific: a players’ lounge and comfortable viewing and social areas, fully equipped locker rooms with showers, a wellness area featuring HydroMassage and CryoLounge chairs, a retail shop, a beverage tap wall, grab-and-go food options, private lessons, group clinics, coached open-play sessions and leagues. The company also highlights league and partnership activity, identifying membership in the Arizona Pickleball Players League, a partnership with USA Pickleball and the hosting of Golden Ticket Tournaments to help local players earn spots at USA Pickleball Nationals.
