Clovis couple to open Graze Craze charcuterie franchise this March
Rachapol and Danette Lamee, Clovis residents, will open a Graze Craze charcuterie franchise at 255 N. Clovis Ave. this March; the shop has been in the works since May 2025.

Rachapol and Danette Lamee will open a Graze Craze franchise at 255 N. Clovis Ave. in Clovis this March, bringing customizable grazing boards, charcuterie boxes and event catering to the downtown corridor. The couple said the shop has been in the works since May of 2025 and will be their first brick-and-mortar business in the city where they raised their children.
The owners laid out their roles ahead of the opening. Rachapol said, “I focus on the strategy, business model, and long‑term direction of the business,” he said, “while Danette leads operations and customer service, where her warm personality and people‑first approach truly shine.” The division of responsibilities positions Danette to manage day-to-day service at the Clovis storefront while Rachapol handles expansion and financial planning.
Menu offerings cataloged for the Clovis location include customizable grazing boards typically made up of deli meats, cheeses, crackers, and fresh and dried fruits, as well as charcuterie boxes and snack-sized Cutie Cups sold in handheld containers. The Cutie Cups are marketed as healthier alternatives to traditional grab-and-go fast food, and the company will offer full-service catering for events and corporate meetings. The brand describes itself as “Graze Craze provides handcrafted, visually appealing charcuterie boards, boxes, and full-service catering options. From corporate meetings to”
Graze Craze is described by the owners as a fast-growing charcuterie and catering franchise focused on quality, consistency and creativity — factors the Lamees said drew them to the concept. A storefront photo credited to Graze Craze/Instagram that accompanied the announcement shows the smiling couple in front of the building at 255 N. Clovis Ave., underscoring the Lamees’ local ties.

The Clovis shop joins a broader franchise footprint that includes other market locations; one example listed on social media shows a Graze Craze at 2315 Jolly Rd., Okemos, Michigan, with a local phone contact of (517) 709-2828. The Lamees emphasized community connection as a reason for choosing Clovis, saying they opened in the city “where they raised their children and know their neighbors,” and Rachapol added, “Bringing this concept to a community we’re deeply connected to made perfect sense.”
The couple has not announced an exact opening day or store hours for March; those details remain to be released as the Lamees finalize the Clovis location.
