Columbus Clippers Unveil Baby‑Blue City Edition Alternates for Five 2026 Day Games
Columbus Clippers will debut baby-blue Alternate City Edition jerseys in five 12:05 p.m. day games starting April 16; the new jerseys and hats are available on the team website.

The Columbus Clippers will debut baby-blue Alternate City Edition jerseys on April 16 in a 12:05 p.m. day game at Huntington Bank Park, Dan Aulbach of The Columbus Dispatch reported March 4. The Dispatch said the alternates are scheduled for five home day games in 2026 and that the first Clippers home game of the season at Huntington Bank Park is March 31.
Dispatch described the uniforms as an "Alternate City Edition" with a "baby blue color scheme with red and white accents on the Clippers logo and the jersey's trim." The piece added that the design "pays homage to Columbus" through city-centric elements on the sleeve. The Dispatch and a Sports Yahoo republish both specified that "the shoulder patch features the state of Ohio, with Columbus' location marked by a blue star."
The Clippers will wear the new jerseys in five scheduled day games, with the Dispatch listing the dates and times and noting they are "(subject to change)." The five games and start times are April 16, 12:05 p.m.; May 21, 12:05 p.m.; June 4, 12:05 p.m.; June 18, 12:05 p.m.; and August 20, 12:05 p.m. The Dispatch and Sports Yahoo each repeat that the alternates are "set to debut on April 16 in the 2026 season."
Merchandising will accompany the on-field rollout. The Dispatch reported that "The new jerseys and hats are available for purchase on the team website." Separately, a third-party vendor, SabinoCrafts, posted a made-to-order product titled "Columbus Clippers Alternate City Edition 2026 Personalized Baseball Jersey" after the Dispatch story. SabinoCrafts describes the shirt with a "vibrant light blue base, reminiscent of clear skies over the ballpark," and says "'Columbus' is emblazoned across the chest in a cursive font, outlined in crisp white and red." The vendor lists "Red and white piping traces the collar, button line, and sleeve cuffs" and promises "ample space for your custom name and number, rendered in the same bold white with red outline as the front."

SabinoCrafts also provides production and care details on its listing, noting that items are "made-to-order," that "Items are produced only after payment is confirmed," and that typical production time is "5–7 business days." Care instructions on the vendor page read "Machine wash cold. Mild detergent only. Hang dry for best results. No direct heat on prints." The Dispatch statement that team merchandise is available on the official site stands separate from the SabinoCrafts listing and should be checked with the club for official pricing, licensing, and run limits.
Dan Aulbach's Dispatch story and the Sports Yahoo republish supply the schedule and design details fans will see on the field; the five listed day games remain "(subject to change)" as the club finalizes its 2026 home calendar.
