Eureka Books Owner Opens Omnibus Dedicated to Graphic Novels, Manga, RPGs

Solomon Everta, owner of long-established Old Town bookstore Eureka Books, opened a new specialty shop called Omnibus at 117 F Street in Eureka dedicated to graphic novels, manga and tabletop role-playing games. The storefront at 117 F Street marks a focused retail expansion from Everta’s longtime presence in Old Town.

The Omnibus concept was announced on Feb. 18, 2026 and centers on three categories: graphic novels, manga and tabletop role-playing game products. The new shop’s inventory strategy departs from a general bookstore model by concentrating on illustrated and gaming content that appeals to collectors, comic readers and role-playing groups.

Eureka Books has operated in Old Town under Everta’s ownership for years, and the opening of Omnibus places a second, specialized retail offering under his management within the downtown retail strip. The Omnibus location at 117 F Street situates the shop within walking distance of Eureka’s commercial core and complements the existing Eureka Books presence.
