FCHIP will host its 7th Annual State of Our Health fundraising luncheon March 19 at The Palomino, featuring California Surgeon General Diana E. Ramos and a maternal health program.

Fresno Community Health Improvement Partnership will host its 7th Annual State of Our Health fundraising luncheon at The Palomino, 2111 Tuolumne Street in Fresno, featuring California Surgeon General Diana E. Ramos, MD, MPH, MBA as the keynote speaker. Doors open at 11:00 a.m., and the luncheon program runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
Organizers say the 2026 event will center on maternal health: "This year’s luncheon will focus on Maternal Health, highlighting innovative, groundbreaking work to advance the health and well-being of mothers and families." Promotional materials list Diana E. Ramos alongside "other inspiring presenters who are leading impactful efforts in this space," though additional presenter names have not been released.
FCHIP’s LinkedIn post provided extended biographical context for the keynote: "As California’s first Latina Surgeon General, Dr. Ramos serves as the state’s leading public health spokesperson—bringing bold leadership to issues like maternal mortality, mental health, and Adverse Childhood Experiences." The post also notes she was appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom, has clinical experience as an OB-GYN with Kaiser Permanente, and has worked with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the National Hispanic Medical Association.
Ticketing is available to individuals and sponsors, with AllEvents listing prices starting at USD 65 for general admission and a Table Sponsor option priced at USD 500 for a table of eight. Event listings on Eventbrite, AllEvents and LinkedIn repeat the same date, time and venue details; AllEvents additionally lists the program duration as 1.5 hours. Eventbrite and other platform copy invite the public to register and to "join us for this powerful conversation."

Sponsorship and program-ad inquiries are directed to FCHIP Development Director Delaine Pereida: "For information on higher-level sponsorship opportunities and program ad space, please contact FCHIP Development Director, Delaine Pereida at DeLaine@fresnometmin.org." FCHIP’s archived contact information lists additional staff: Sophia Salinas, Program Director, at sophia@fresnometmin.org, and Executive Director Brandi Muro at brandi@fresnometmin.org, with a central office at 700 Van Ness Ave, Suite 111, Fresno, CA 93721 and telephone (559) 257-2522.
This will be the seventh annual iteration of the State of Our Health luncheon, and FCHIP has promoted the March 19 event across Eventbrite, AllEvents, LinkedIn and Instagram, with the organization’s LinkedIn page showing 333 followers in the event post. Promotional copy does not specify a fundraising target or how proceeds will be allocated; those details have not been listed in the event excerpts distributed publicly.
FCHIP frames the luncheon as an opportunity to spotlight maternal health work in the Central Valley and to convene clinicians, public health leaders and community partners at The Palomino to advance strategies aimed at improving outcomes for mothers and families across Fresno County.
