Franke launches New A Line and opens Singapore flagship
Franke introduced the New A Line (A600, A800) in Southeast Asia and opened a flagship showroom in Singapore. The rollout brings modular, cloud-connected machines and efficiency features for cafes and hotels.

Franke Coffee Systems rolled out its New A Line to the Southeast Asian market and opened a regional flagship showroom in Singapore on January 14, expanding hands-on demos, training and partner support for hospitality and retail customers in the region. The launch brings two new models, the A600 and A800, which build on Franke’s Classic platform while focusing on modularity, operational efficiency and cloud connectivity.
At the top of the list for operators are systems designed to tighten quality control and reduce machine downtime. The New A Line introduces iQFlow extraction control to help stabilise shot-to-shot consistency and FoamMaster for automatic, repeatable milk texturing that targets barista-level microfoam with less manual adjustment. IndividualClean moves cleaning from scheduled routines to usage-triggered cycles, cutting unnecessary service interruptions and keeping service windows predictable.
Franke also emphasised energy management with a HeatGuard boiler intended to reduce idle heat loss substantially compared with previous models. For multi-outlet operators and independent cafés balancing utility costs against service capacity, that efficiency element will matter at scale. Cloud connectivity via FrankeOS and FrankeConnect brings remote monitoring, firmware updates and data access to operators and service partners, letting managers track performance and tweak settings without always being on site.
Modularity is a practical feature for shops and contract caterers. Components and serviceable modules are designed to be swapped with minimal downtime, which helps small teams keep lines running during busy shifts. For busy hotels and grab-and-go concepts where throughput and consistency drive revenue, the New A Line’s combination of extraction control, automated milk texturing and usage-based cleaning aims to reduce variability across multiple shifts and baristas.
The Singapore showroom will serve as a regional hub for demonstrations, training sessions and partner support. Operators can test shot profiles, steam wand performance and cleaning cycles in person before committing to new equipment, and the showroom is positioned as a hands-on resource for staff training and operational onboarding. Franke has outlined a global rollout through 2026, with availability notes and detailed feature lists on the product site.
What this means for readers is straightforward: if you manage a café, hotel outlet or retail coffee program, the New A Line adds tools that can tighten quality control, simplify maintenance and cut energy waste. Visit aline.franke.coffee to review specs and arrange a demo, and consider scheduling a hands-on session in Singapore to see how iQFlow, FoamMaster and IndividualClean perform under real shift conditions.
