Guymon Public Library Director Blair Henson Elected OLA Public Library Division Chair‑Elect
Guymon Public Library Director Blair Henson was elected OLA Public Library Division Chair-Elect on March 1, 2026, and will serve this year as Chair of the Public Library Director’s Council of Oklahoma and next year as Chair of the division.
Blair Henson, director of the Guymon Public Library (also listed as Guymon Public Library & Arts Center), was elected Chair-Elect of the Oklahoma Library Association Public Libraries Division on March 1, 2026. As Chair-Elect she will serve this year as Chair of the Public Library Director’s Council of Oklahoma and will serve next year as Chair of the OLA Public Library Division.
The Guymon Public Library posted a public congratulations and an image of Henson, saying, "Congratulations to our Library Director Blair Henson for winning the Oklahoma Library Association’s election for Public Library Division’s Chair-elect!
