Inspira reorganizes leadership, earns national accreditations for Cumberland County area centers
Inspira promoted four executives effective March 1, 2026, and its Mullica Hill, Vineland and Elmer centers earned ACC and ANCC national accreditations in 2025.

Inspira Health announced an enhanced shared decision-making structure on Feb. 25, 2026, and promoted four executives effective March 1, 2026, part of a push the system says will strengthen “systemness” across its hospitals that serve Cumberland County residents. The leadership changes follow multiple national accreditations won by Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill, Inspira Medical Center Vineland and Inspira Medical Center Elmer in 2025.
The new senior leadership model will be led by CEO Amy Mansue in partnership with President and COO Warren Moore and names four promoted executives. Lydia Stockman, RN, was promoted from senior vice president and chief administrative officer to executive vice president and chief clinical officer and will oversee clinical care across the system, advance quality and patient safety initiatives, and ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance. John Saffioti moves from system vice president, ambulatory services to senior vice president, operations and will lead systemwide operations including facilities, safety and security, hospitality services and enterprise access operations. April Venable is promoted from senior vice president, operations strategy and transformation to senior vice president and chief strategy officer to oversee strategic planning, partnerships and value‑based care programs. Ruth Bash, senior vice president and chief experience officer, will expand oversight to include human resources in addition to patient and workplace experience and marketing and communications.
“Our community counts on Inspira to be there in the moments that matter,” Mansue said in the Feb. 25 news release. “Strengthening how our leaders work together across the system helps us continue to deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience for our patients and their families so that they can get the care they need close to home, every time.” Moore added that the appointments reflect Inspira’s purpose and that the promoted leaders will be “central to bringing new innovations in clinical care and quality performance while enhancing the overall care journey for our patients across the communities we call home.”
The promotions come after a series of cardiac and nursing accreditations announced in 2025. On Oct. 8, 2025, Inspira reported that Inspira Medical Centers Mullica Hill, Vineland and Elmer earned the American College of Cardiology’s Heart Failure accreditation and that Inspira’s Cardiac Cath Labs achieved ACC Cardiac Cath Lab accreditation. The systemwide release said, “Inspira Medical Centers Mullica Hill, Vineland, and Elmer have earned the American College of Cardiology’s (ACC) prestigious Heart Failure accreditation for their top‑tier cardiac care and consistent improvements in heart failure patient outcomes,” and noted Inspira is one of only two health systems in southern New Jersey to receive the ACC Heart Failure designation.
Earlier in 2025, on Sept. 16, Inspira announced that its Nurse Residency Program at Mullica Hill, Vineland and Elmer received ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) accreditation, the first time the health system has received that accreditation. Business ChambersNJ noted PTAP is “awarded to organizations that uphold the highest standards in nurse onboarding, professional development, and evidence‑based practice,” and that Inspira’s program was recognized for excellence in leadership, program design and enhancing patient outcomes for early‑career nurses.
Inspira’s 2025 recognitions also include an ACC Chest Pain – MI Registry Performance Achievement Award systemwide and other acknowledgments described by the system as national recognition for heart failure excellence. Amy Mansue said Inspira’s hospitals’ national recognition underscores the team’s commitment to high‑quality patient care as the system evolves post‑COVID‑19.
Inspira Health is a charitable nonprofit with four hospitals, two comprehensive cancer centers and nine multi‑specialty health centers across South Jersey, and operates residency programs with approximately 234 medical residents and fellows in 14 nationally accredited programs at Vineland, Mullica Hill and Elmer. For more information, Inspira directs the public to its website or to call 1‑800‑INSPIRA. The system says the leadership changes and 2025 accreditations are intended to streamline cross‑department coordination, accelerate decision‑making and improve access to safe, high‑quality care for communities across southern New Jersey, including Cumberland County.
