Kalevala and Marimekko Launch Garden Jewelry Collection for Spring 2026
kalevala and Marimekko unveil a limited-edition Garden jewelry series of five floral charms handcrafted from 100% recycled silver in Helsinki, arriving April 28, 2026.

Kalevala Jewelry and Marimekko will release the Kalevala x Marimekko Garden collection on April 28, 2026, a limited-edition capsule of charms, necklaces and bracelets handcrafted at Kalevala’s factory in Helsinki from 100% recycled silver. The launch packages five floral prints, translated into three-dimensional charms and companion pieces, and arrives through Kalevala stores, Kalevala’s online shop and selected retailers.
The Garden collection is built around five floral prints created for Marimekko’s Field of Flowers exhibition, designed by Erja Hirvi, Masaru Suzuki, Aino-Maija Metsola, Antti Kekki and Eija Vehviläinen. Marimekko frames the partnership as a meeting of craft and print: "Two trailblazers, Marimekko and the Finnish jewelry company Kalevala Jewelry, have always pushed the boundaries where fashion, design and art meet," and the brand describes the launch as a way to "cherish your treasures" with jewelry that "highlights the distinctive styles of five artists, now transformed into three-dimensional silver jewelry."
Product breadth is explicit: the range includes five floral charms plus bracelets and necklaces designed to be combined into personalized arrangements, along with rings, pendants, a brooch and a modern ear cuff. Finnstyle lists the Kalevala x Marimekko Unikko Necklace, labeled an Anniversary Edition, with a pea chain, lobster clasp closure and adjustable length; Kalevalashop lists 16 products under the Kalevala x Marimekko Unikko umbrella and notes some Unikko pieces will also be offered in recycled gold and recycled bronze in addition to recycled silver.
All manufacturing claims point to Kalevala’s Helsinki workshops. "The Garden collection, created in collaboration with Marimekko, brings joy and lightness to our spring collections," said Aino Ahlnäs, Creative Director at Kalevala Jewelry. "The new collectible jewelry series continues our design idea of versatility and meaningfulness. It was a pleasure to see how the new generation of Marimekko designers’ prints were translated into modern silver jewelry." Marketscreener and STTinfo Fi also report the collection complies with the EU’s REACH regulation and that charms are made from recycled silver.

Logistics and retail details are in place: Marimekko’s checkout lists UPS shipping and payment options including Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Google Pay, Amex, Paypal, Klarna and Afterpay. Kalevala provides phone support at 0207 611 230 on weekdays from 12 to 3 pm, email at info@kalevala.fi, and two Helsinki points of sale at Keskuskatu 3 and Hankasuontie 11 A, Konala.
Notably absent from public materials are retail prices and production run sizes; brands describe the line as limited-edition and collectible but have not published SKU-level quantities. Marimekko’s copy also frames the launch as marking Unikko’s "60th anniversary," while Finnstyle notes the print dates from 1964, an anniversary detail that sits unevenly with a 2026 release. The Garden collection lands April 28, 2026 as a tangible test of whether print-driven design and recycled metal craft can translate into a collectible jewelry moment.
