LANEIGE, Step Up Launch Yearlong 2026 U.S. Program to Empower Young Women
LANEIGE is funding and staffing a yearlong U.S. mentorship program with Step Up in 2026, promising workshops, donations, hands-on mentoring and a presence at the Step Up Inspiration Awards in Chicago.
LANEIGE announced a yearlong U.S. philanthropic partnership with Step Up to deliver immersive mentorship and professional development programming throughout 2026, including workshops, mentorship sessions, funding to expand Step Up’s programming, LANEIGE team members mentoring selected teens from The Young Women's Leadership School of Astoria, and sponsorship of the Step Up Inspiration Awards in Chicago.
The announcement, released March 2, 2026, frames the collaboration as an effort to build confidence, advance leadership, and expand meaningful career opportunities for the next generation of women. Allison Pollack, Vice President of Marketing at LANEIGE US, outlines the company’s hands-on role: "At LANEIGE, empowering confidence through beauty is at the heart of our purpose. Our partnership with Step Up reflects that commitment by creating meaningful mentorship opportunities for young women as they explore and shape their career paths. Throughout the year, our teams will engage in hands-on mentoring experiences where we share real-world insights, skill-building guidance, and personal career journeys. By creating direct access to industry leaders and learning opportunities, we're proud to support young women with the networks and confidence they need to take the next steps in their journey."
Program elements called out in the announcement include in-person workshops and direct mentoring sessions, together with donations intended to expand Step Up’s free mentorship offerings nationwide. Step Up CEO Delores Druilhet Morton characterizes LANEIGE’s involvement as both financial and operational: "Step Up is excited to partner with LANEIGE, whose generous investment of both funding and time strengthens our mentorship programs that empower girls on their path to success. Mentorship is a powerful accelerator of career advancement, and LANEIGE's commitment ensures that even more teens and young adults can access Step Up's free programs. Through our partnership, many will also benefit from the opportunity to be mentored directly by LANEIGE team members, opening doors to brighter futures in beauty and beyond."

Local programming will include mentoring at The Young Women's Leadership School of Astoria, where LANEIGE team members are slated to work with selected students, and a sponsorship role at the Step Up Inspiration Awards in Chicago. The partners have not published participant counts or donation totals, but the public rollout positions LANEIGE as an active corporate mentor across education and events for 2026.
LANEIGE’s Step Up partnership arrives amid a flurry of brand activity this year; earlier in January the company announced a creative partnership with KATSEYE for a JuicePop Box Lip Tint campaign and continues to promote itself as a leading U.S. lip treatment brand. For shoppers and gifters who value tangible support for career development, the LANEIGE-Step Up program offers a model of giving that combines cash, employee time, and in-person mentorship to create measurable pathways for teens and young women during 2026.
