Grand Traverse County authorities are asking for help finding 66-year-old Diana Marie Golosh, last seen in Blair Township on Jan. 26; residents are urged to report tips and check local footage.

Grand Traverse County authorities are asking the public’s help locating Diana Marie Golosh, a 66-year-old woman who was last seen in the Rennie School Road area of Blair Township. The Grand Traverse County Sheriff’s Office issued a missing-person alert after Golosh did not return home following her last known movements.
The sheriff’s office said, “Diana Marie Golosh was last seen on January 26 at around 4 p.m. in the Rennie School Road area in Blair Township.” Authorities say she is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing around 165 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. At the time, the sheriffs office said she was wearing a black gown with red flowers and gray slippers. Golosh was reported to occasionally use a walker for assistance.
Local officials have asked anyone with information to come forward. “Authorities urge anyone with information on Golosh to contact Grand Traverse Central Dispatch at 231-922-4550 or the Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office Detective Bureau at 231-995-5012.” The sheriff’s office also posted on social media, with an Instagram caption reading, “Missing Person The Grand Traverse Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's assistance in locating Diana Marie Golosh.”
The alert arrives amid another separate missing-person report in the county, underscoring heightened concern among neighbors and community groups. The sheriff’s office also requested help locating Victor Adams, who “was last seen Jan. 27 at St. Francis Church.” Recordings of local posts show Adams “was last seen on Tuesday, Jan. 27, at St. Francis Church, 1025 S Union St., according to an official social media post.” The sheriff’s office said Adams is known around Garfield Township and Traverse City to walk or ride his bike, including in winter weather. Anyone with information on Adams was asked to contact Deputy Veith at 231-493-8889 or Lt. Raska at 231-995-5030.

For Grand Traverse County residents, the disappearance of an older neighbor who sometimes uses a walker is a practical community concern. Check doorbell and security camera footage for the Jan. 26 afternoon window, speak with neighbors who live along Rennie School Road, and confirm whether someone matching Golosh’s description visited homes or businesses. Local pastors, postal carriers, and delivery drivers often have the most frequent daily contact with older residents and can be valuable sources of information.
The sheriff’s office has opened an investigation and continues to seek tips from the public. For now, residents can assist most directly by calling Grand Traverse Central Dispatch at 231-922-4550 or the Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office Detective Bureau at 231-995-5012 with any information about Diana Marie Golosh. The community’s vigilance and quick reporting are the next steps in finding her and bringing clarity to the case.
